Ultra Wide-Band (UWB) refers to a type of radio frequency (<a href="https://aerobook.com/acronym/rf/radio-frequency">RF</a>) technology that uses a very wide bandwidth to transmit signals. UWB systems operate on a frequency range of 3.1-10.6 GHz, with a bandwidth of at least 500 MHz.
